What operating systems does RWhois run on?

The reference server runs on a number of UNIX systems. It is known to run on Linux, Solaris, and FreeBSD. It probably runs on others as well. It does not run under Windows. It should run under most versions of Linux.

Is there a version of RWhois that runs under Windows?

Not that I am aware of. It may be possible to get the reference server to run using CygWin, but I have not heard that this has been done.
