How to run RWhois Server Source ?

Hello,
    I downloaded the source of RWhois Server (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=186723&package_id=217798&release_id=478801).

    I have some questions:

    1. Where can I research the source of Whois Client to work with RWhois Server ?
    2. Do I have to configure Apache (on my Win XP) ?
    3. To run RWhois Server fine, must I configure my PC?
