Centralized Logical View of Rwhois Implementation

Hello: 

I have a question if anyone at the list can indulge.  I am proposing a 
centralized WHOIS for a ccTLD.    Centralized implying that  
the Top Level of the cctld and all delegated domains will have one 
independent whois database view,  searchable by all.   

Do you see any limitations in this the of model.  The centralized whois will 
be redundant by having replicated pairs.
