1.0B9.2 changes?

Just a few minor bug fixes.  There is no functionality difference
between them.

Work on the 1.0 series has ceased.  I'm close to releasing a major
update/replacement in the form of the rwhois v1.5 server.  I'm
currently working on the documentation and working out a few
installation kinks.
